Web privacy policy
This Privacy Statement sets out the data protection practices carried out through the use of the Internet and any other electronic communications networks by Sonko and its associated companies (all together “Sonko”, “We” or “Us”) when interacting with customers, vendors, business partners and others. Sonko recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy of personal information collected through these means.
Data Collected
1.1. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide by filling out and submitting online questionnaires concerning feedback on the website, requesting information on products or services, or seeking employment.
1.2. Where we collect personal information directly from you, we will inform you about the purposes of the collection, the types of non-Agent third parties to which we will disclose this data and, as appropriate and required, the choices and the means we offer you for limiting the use and disclosure of your personal information. Information We Gather Automatically and How We Use It

Data We Share
4.1 We will only disclose personal information to other companies within our group of companies, government bodies and law enforcement agencies, successors in title to our business and suppliers we engage to process data on our behalf. In these circumstances we will share your personal information for purposes such as our legitimate business purposes and to comply with legal obligations.
4.2 We do not sell or share any personal information with non-Agent third parties.
4.3 We will obtain assurances from our Agents that they will safeguard personal information consistently with this Privacy Statement. Where we have knowledge that an Agent is using or disclosing personal information in a manner contrary to this Privacy Statement, we will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure. Sonko holds it Agents accountable for maintaining the trust our customers place in the company through the use of documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements.

5.1 This Privacy Statement applies only to data collected by Sonko through a Sonko website.
5.2 Sonko websites contain links to other sites that are not owned or administered by Sonko. Please be aware that we do not control such links and, consequently, Sonko is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other third party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of every Web site you visit since their privacy practices may differ from those of Sonko.
Security
6.1 We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction of the personal information you provide to us through the Sonko websites. We protect data in many ways. Physical security is designed to prevent unauthorized access to database equipment and hard copies containing our confidential information, including your personal information. This protection may include in some locations entry-controls of the company, usage of lockable drawers and cupboards to protect personal information, destruction of the papers and digital storage devices including personal and/or sensitive information when they are no longer required. Sonko limits access to personal information to those persons in Sonko organization, or as Agents of Sonko, that have a specific business purpose for maintaining and processing such personal information. Individuals who have been granted access to personal information are aware of their responsibilities to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of that personal information and have been provided training and instruction on how to do so.
6.2 Please note, however, that perfect security does not exist on the Internet. Therefore, while we endeavor to protect your personal information, when data is transferred over the Internet it may potentially be accessed and used by unauthorized parties.
Timely Processing
Sonko will not keep personal information data longer than it’s necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was they were collected.
Updates to this Privacy Notice
From time to time we may update this Privacy Statement. When we do so, we will publish the changes on the Sonko sites. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not continue to use the Sonko sites. If material changes are made to this Privacy Statement, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on the Sonko sites. Please check back to ensure that you are informed of any updates or changes to our privacy policy.
9 . Access rights and disputes
9.1 You have the option to request that we do not use, correct or remove personal information previously provided to us. For these purposes you should forward such inquiries to “info@sonko.ch”. The inquiries should include your name, address, and other relevant contact information (phone number, email address). Sonko will use all reasonable efforts to honor such requests as quickly as possible.
9.2 You can also forward your inquiries or any other questions or concerns by post to the Sonko office address given below. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any questions, complaints or disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Privacy Statement.
